A Memorable Start to 2025: The Early Family’s Heartwarming Photo Session in the Barossa Valley
Kicking off 2025 with a bang, I had the privilege of photographing the wonderful Early family on January 4th. They reached out to me unexpectedly on January 2nd, eager to schedule a session during their annual family reunion. This incredible family had flown in from across the globe—Mum and Dad from the USA, their daughter from Queensland, and their son from the UK.
Their goal? To capture beautiful family moments for their cherished annual Christmas and New Year card, a tradition that keeps them connected to loved ones around the world.
The session took place at the stunning Kaesler Cellar Door in Nuriootpa, nestled in the picturesque Barossa Valley. This location provided a gorgeous backdrop for our shoot, with its charming vineyard views and serene atmosphere. To beat the intense summer heat—it was a sweltering 40 degrees that day—we scheduled the session bright and early at 8:30 am.
The Early family’s bond was evident in every frame. Their warmth, laughter, and genuine love for one another made the session not only easy but truly delightful. We captured both candid and posed moments, showcasing their vibrant personalities and strong family connection.
This session was a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do—bringing families together and creating lasting memories they can treasure for years to come.
